Amazon is hiring Customer Service Associates in Hyderabad to support its mission of being the world’s most customer-centric company. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers via phone, chat, or email. Your responsibility is to assist with queries related to orders, products, payments, and guidance on Amazon’s website. Unlike traditional call center jobs, there are no rigid scripts to follow—you are encouraged to bring your personality and problem-solving skills to each interaction, delivering the best possible experience to Amazon’s customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling customer queries across different channels (phone, chat, email)
• Addressing issues related to orders, payments, products, and navigation support
• Preventing issues by providing accurate resolutions and proactive communication
• Maintaining a customer-first attitude with thoughtful and effective interactions
• Using multiple tools to research solutions and solve queries efficiently

Key Technical Skills:

Strong communication in English, Computer operation, Multitasking

Requirements:

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Right to work in India
• Strong English communication skills (oral and written)
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate online systems
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Willingness to adapt quickly and thrive in a high-energy environment
• No prior customer service experience required (full training will be provided)

Working Hours:

This job requires working variable hours (minimum 40 hrs/week) in shifts scheduled between 6 am and 11 pm, Monday to Sunday. Overnight, weekend, and national holiday shifts may be required. Typical shift patterns may include 4x10 hours or 5x8 hours, depending on demand.
